It's not stew, it's not soup, it's not an exact science, it's stoup! I sauted celery, garlic and onions in Kerrygold butter, Then added chicken broth, carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash, red potatoes (not strict Paleo) and roasted chicken. My broth was seasoned from crock-potting the chicken the day before, so add any seasonings you like if needed. Simmer for 30 mins- 1 hour.
I also have some peaches I froze last summer and a Apple Cinnamon Muffin.
