I have posted this recipe before, but I just made it this week and they are so good! Anyone out there meal plan? I go in spurts. I have been planning on weekends and asking the kiddos for input. It has made life easier and they enjoy looking at the list and knowing what we are having for supper. Would my weekly meal plans be helpful? Let me know and I can try to post what we are eating at our house. In the meantime, put this recipe on your meal plan this week! If needed prepare them ahead of time and have it ready to pop in the oven after a busy day.

Against All Grain Blender Bread
Danielle Walker shared her blender bread recipe on the Today show the other day. You can find a copy of it here. I decided to make a loaf of it and it turned out perfect! Looking forward to having it for toast and sandwiches all week. I substituted 17.5 ounces of unsalted cashew butter for the raw cashews and it worked great.

Lemon Aioli Sauce
I made our favorite chicken strips this week. Our family loves them dipped in honey-mustard sauce. I was in the mood for something different, so I made this Paleo Lemon Aioli Sauce. It was a great alternative and even ended up on top of my sweet potatoes too!
Chocolate Chip Espresso Banana Bread Muffins
I really wanted to take a picture of these after supper, but they were ALL GONE! I guess that is my family's stamp of approval. :) Try this muffin recipe the next time you have bananas to use.
