As I try recipes from the Against All Grain Meals Made Simple cook book, I'm constantly amazed at the variety & simplicity of many of them. I went out on a limb and tried this chicken dish. It made my house smell amazing as I was baking it. The end product was moist, slightly spicy and delicious!
