Cinnamon Applesauce

This tutorial on How to Make Applesauce is simple and delicious!  We like to eat it hot out of the oven, or chilled.  No added sugar is needed.  A great thing to try if you slightly damaged apples that fell off the tree or find a few forgotten ones in the back of the fridge.  A half batch only needs 45-60 minutes depending on how thinly you slice the apples.
