This is the second paleo hamburger bun recipe tried. I think this one had better flavor. I used grape seed for the oil, arrowroot powder, and brushed the top with butter before adding the seeds. I had a blend of black & toasted sesame seeds I sprinkled on top. This made 4 large buns. They were perfect for the grilled ribeye sandwiches we were eating for lunch.
