Crock Pot Garlic and Balsamic Chicken

Some days are crock pot days.  Today was one of them for me.  I had a 3 lb package of organic chicken breasts, so I 1.5 all the ingredients and and tried this new crock pot recipe.  It turned out really good.  I served mine on mashed cauliflower as the recipe suggested.  Also had some fresh spinach.  This seriously took me no more than 5 minutes to put in the crock pot and was perfectly cooked in 6 hours on low.  Enjoy!

***Be careful what brand of balsamic vinegar you purchase.  Many list caramel color in their ingredients.  Look for brands that only list balsamic vinegar as the ingredient.***
