Dutch Babies

We have made what we call "oven pancake" or "German pancake" for years.  I guess this process can be called Dutch Babies, too!  Since I have Dutch and German blood, either one is acceptable.  :)  Whatever you want to call it, this recipe turned out really well.  We drizzled ours with fresh lemon juice right out of the oven, then topped them with blueberries and maple syrup.
