Baked Fish, Tartar Sauce & Sweet Potato Fries

I successfully made mayonnaise for the first time today following this tutorial!  So, I used some of it to make tartar sauce.  Since I made tartar sauce, I made fish for supper tonight.  I used this recipe for the fish and this one for the tartar sauce.

 
We also had steamed broccoli, sweet potatoes and a cherry-berry smoothie.

Easy Sweet Potato Fries:
Melt a few Tbsp coconut oil on a baking sheet,
Peel and julienne about 3 sweet potatoes,
Roll potatoes around in oil then sprinkle with generous amounts of salt & black pepper
Bake about 20 minutes in 425-450 degree oven
