Salad with V&O



 
I got home from shopping with 4 children for the day at suppertime.  I quickly made the family tacos and I ate the last of my mustard lime chicken.  I cut the chicken up on top of mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, olives, cilantro and hard boiled egg.  I drizzled olive oil & red wine vinegar on top.  This is my go-to meal when I'm too tired to cook or the family is eating a non-paleo meal.
