Coconut Flour Waffles




 
This recipe was a new one for me.  It was ok, but I think I would tweak it a bit if I made it again.  They were lighter than the almond flour ones I usually make and my family all ate them, but we didn't prefer having whole raisins in our waffles.  Also, my bananas turned to mush, so that was less than attractive.
